Ultimately, this Airbnb allowed myself and my partner to have a great stay in Valencia. The door opening/locking mechanism is done through a link on your phone and so due to a WiFi issue within the building, we were unable to access the Airbnb for an hour or so, but the company who manages dropped a physical key down fairly quickly once we brought the issue to their attention. Overall, a great stay, the place itself was amazing, but might be worth ditching the high tech lock and go back to a proper key.
