5+ Stars! This place was perfect. Spacious safe neighborhood walking distance to the beach, great restaurants and neighborhood felt very safe walking everywhere even at night. Friendly neighborhood. The apartment was spotless. I look forward to returning to Valencia and staying here again. Highly recommended!!

The location was very good, about a 10-minute walk to the beach, and the apartment had a quite nice design. Easy access to both the building and the apartment. Unfortunately, we were not happy with the cleanliness. There was quite a lot of dust, both on the floor and on the bed sheets, and on the last day we also found a very large cockroach in the kitchen.
