The place is OK, worth the money, altough we had some technical issues. We met a few cockroaches (after all it is Spain) and ants. For 5 days we had a total renovation of outer facade so our windows were blindfolded with plastic (not a yearly chore i guess). There was a bad smell from the toilet so had the doors closed and ventilation on. For all the trouble and technical issues the host refunded some money. So all in all it is still worth the money. For me 3,7/5.

Een fantastisch licht appartement. Voorzien van alles wat je nodig hebt. Wij verbleven er 2 weken en hebben veel zelf gekookt. Bedden zijn van goede kwaliteit. Appartement is zeer schoon. Gelegen in de wijk vlakbij de haven en het strand. Centrum goed bereikbaar met dichtbij gelegen metro en Valenbisi fietsen. Verhuurder vriendelijk, attent en altijd bereikbaar voor vragen.
