Urban Style by Beachside apartament se encuentra en el corazón del barrio del Cabanyal y a 750 mts de la playa del Arenal. Barrio joven y en auge lleno de restaurantes y bares locales. Este apartamento cuenta con dos habitaciones, un bello comedor con un sofá cama y Smart TV, la cocina está totalmente equipada, ideal para 6 personas. Tiene Aire Acondicionado-Calefacción y Wifi de alta velocidad. Cuenta con 3 balcones que dan a una calle tranquila.

Our stay at the VLC was good in total. The apartment is as shown in the pictures. It’s not super well equipped and seems a bit impersonally furnished as it is a typical airbnb apartment but its proximity to the beach is super convenient and the area itself is nice and seems developing :)! You have everything you need in that area. In the upper floor there are not enough plug sockets, so you can only turn on one light and there was a little ant problem. It’s a pity that the walls at the upper balcony are so high that you can’t see the surrounding and the sun won’t probably reach you. Still we had a good stay there and i would recommend the apartment. It would have been nice if the VLC apartment had been a little more flexible when it comes to the check-in and check-out. It’s also not possible to store the luggage somewhere in the house in case you leave the city later than 11:00 am.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist für Leute die von der Stadt etwas sehen wollen und auch etwas Strandurlaub haben wollen sehr gut. Man kann die Wohnung vom Flughafen bis zur Station Maritim u. mit der Weiterfahrt mit der Straßenbahn zur Station Grau schnell erreichen (der Weg der Metrostation b. zur Wohnung geht auch zu Fuß ca. 750 m). Wir hatten dann Fahrräder gemietet, mit entspannter und dem Verkehrssystem angepassten Fahrweise zum relaxten Erkunden von Valencia und, empfanden wir dies zum Erkunden von Valencia als ideal (wir sind aber auch zuhause viel mit dem Fahrrad unterwegs). Ein Fahrradverleih ist nicht weit entfernt "Mo", einfache Fahrräder, nettes Personal. Durch das ehmalige Flussbett, jetzt als Park angelegt, kann die Innenstadt bis zum Norden gut umfahren werden, dies war oft unser entspannter Rückweg. Mit dem Fahrrad zu Strand sind es ca. 5 Min. In der Nähe sind vile kl. Restaurants vorh.. Am Abend sollte man dort aber lieber vorbestellen. Der Top "Bäcker" ist um die Ecke.
