I have to admit that the reviews were a bit mixed so I didn’t not know what to expect but let’s clear things out: it is very new, well maintained and clean! So overall, nice to live in. Here are the things to know: -the place is on the ground floor but the “windows” (1 can’t be opened) open in a smaller street or “corner” where there are only other appartement doors so people are not walking pass the windows at all time. But you can’t have the window much opened so it is not bright. - there can be some noise when the window (no more than any other place in Valencia I think) is open but once closed it’s quite ok. - the check-in is a bit annoying but once in you get an access code and it’s nice to not have to have keys - there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke that the host came back to try to fix but the smell was still there. - the basic food for cooking are missing: oil, salt which are nice to already have when booking an Airbnb Overall I’d recommend
