Nice little studio on the ground floor, on a quiet street, next to a hostel and a kindergarten in the heart of Rusafa. The place is good for two travelers, everything was brand new, imagine a long box on the ground floor that was probably a store in the past, but inside you feel right at home, and the place was recently renovated. The area is quiet enough, in the morning you may hear some kids going to school, the hustle clientele never gave us any trouble either. Rusafa market is a few blocks away, and it's a 15 min walk to the center of old town and other tourist attractions. The WIFi was good and was able to get some work done remotely. Overall, the place is good as a base to explore Valencia, you will not want to spend much time inside anyways. The price was in line with other similar properties, a little higher then you'd expect for what you get, but hey, Spain is no longer a budget-minded traveler's destination, so enjoy it as much as you can! Overall we were satisfied with stay
