The initial booking process what a bit stressful (the listing was shown as needing a minimum of 11 days stay, then after booking we were told because we’d chosen to stay for 11 days we now needed to sign a contract and pay a deposit fee - which wasn’t written anywhere on the listing) and then we were told that the property in the listing wasn’t actually available and we were going to be in a different, smaller apartment. Fortunately when we arrived we found that that apartment was in a good location and was well equipped with amenities and wifi so we did have a comfortable stay once we’d arrived.
