Perfekte Lage. Neben der Unterkunft befindet sich direkt eine Busstation mit dem man in 30 Minuten zum Malvarossa Beach fahren kann. Ansonsten ist die Gegend auch perfekt. Super viele Restaurants und Cafes in der Nähe und alles andere auch sehr gut zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auch in die Stadt kann man reinlaufen. Wenn ihr eine Unterkunft sucht die zwischen Stadt und Strand liegt ist diese perfekt. Anweisungen und Kommunikation waren super. Nur kleine Info: holt euch eigene Handseife. Die die dort zu Verfügung gestellt wird ist mit Wasser verdünnt. Ich kann euch die Unterkunft sehr empfehlen:)
The location of the apartment is excellent – it’s very close to the Oceanographic and the city center, which made it very convenient for getting around and exploring. The apartment looks exactly like it does in the photos. We were also traveling with a baby, and the hosts kindly provided a baby crib and a high chair for feeding, which made our stay much easier and more comfortable. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this place.

Great accommodation. Exactly what we needed! Catered for our toddler with high chair and cot! Okay location for area, but a good 30 minute walk from the centre of Valencia and 20 minute from nearest metro. But bus stops are within 2 minute walking distance, and so easy to use. Place was clean and tidy and had what we needed! Shower was 10/10 We would stay again for sure Thanks guys
