Recomendable.
Those groundfloor apartments that used to be a commercial shop or something are usually build out in low quality. The sound from the street and passing people are easy to hear. Other than that it is a nice apartment.

The house is very nice and welcoming, with a great atmosphere. Perfect location close to both the historic center and the beach. Close to transport ( metro,bus) bars, restaurants and supermarkets. The house is super clean and with all the amenities . A single piece of advice would be to add hangers in the bathroom to be able to put towels.
