Staying in this apartment was a great experience. The apartment is located right in the city center, very close to all the main attractions. There are also many restaurants and bars nearby, as well as a bus stop and supermarkets within walking distance. However, the building is currently under renovation, so it’s quite noisy most of the time — keep this in mind if you’re planning to work during your stay. The apartment owner requires a deposit upon check-in, which is also important to note. There are no household essentials provided, such as laundry detergent or soap — you’ll need to buy these yourself. The bathroom could use a more thorough cleaning, as it was quite dirty in some areas. Overall, the price matches the quality. Thanks to the excellent location, the apartment is definitely recommendable.
La ubicación es muy buena pudiendo ir a pie a todos los sitios de interés de la ciudad, supermercados, cafeterías y restaurantes. El apartamento brinda una estancia cómodo para 2 personas y está bien equipado con buena relación precio/valor. Hubo unos detalles de limpieza que fueron notificados y Duck Host You está al tanto de los mismos. El huésped debería conocer con anticipación que por estadías de mas de una 10 días hay que firmar un contrato y depositar una fianza según las leyes de la ciudad de Valencia, no es que haya tenido problemas con ésto, solo considero que es bueno saberlo antes de hacer la reservación. Recomendería este alojamiento sin ninguna duda.
