PULIZIA La pulizia all'arrivo era buona, ma non eccellente, assolutamente migliorabile. Sebbene l'appartamento nel suo complesso era pulito, alcuni asciugamani e lenzuola erano leggermente macchiati. COMUNICAZIONE La comunicazione da parte dell'host è stata eccellente. Sempre proattiva, con un'alta disponibilità e velocità nella risposta. Disponibile inoltre facile comunicazione tramite app esterne. POSIZIONE Buona per le nostre esigenze. A metà strada dal centro e mare, relativamente vicino al Museo delle Scienze e l'Acquario. Bene collegata, in vicinanza (5 min a piedi) ci sono sia fermate dei bus che metro. Zona residenziale sicura. PRECISIONE Buona. Mancava il sale e pepe, che nell'annuncio erano presenti come in dotazione. Le foto sono attendibili alla realtà. ARRIVO Self check-in facile e disponibile 24h/24h. Il host comunica tutti i dettagli e indicazioni con largo anticipo. RAPPORTO QUALITÀ-PREZZO Eccellente considerando la posizione non centrale ma bene collegata.

Great location and smooth check-in, with a unique layout! We arrived a bit earlier than expected, but it was no problem at all—we were kindly allowed to check in early. The apartment has a very unique layout: it’s a long, open-space room shaped a bit like a railway carriage. It starts with the kitchen, followed by the dining area and the bedroom, with the bathroom at the very end (which is the only room with a door, as the rest of the spaces are connected). Despite this unusual setup, we had everything we needed and didn't lack anything. The location is very convenient. It took us about 30 minutes to walk to the beach and the Oceanogràfic, and the metro station is literally a 2-minute walk away. Another big plus is that the door opens via a mobile app, and there are plenty of bars with fantastic food nearby. A great spot for exploring Valencia if you don't mind an open-plan, railway-style layout 😉
